Transcurrent shoulder straps pass underneath the armpit, merge at the front and provide extra postural support on the lomber area. Detachable 2 steel under wires at the back, can be sloped according the physiologic curvature of the spine to provide an excellent stability. With 26 cm lumbar part, this corset is better choice for shorter patients.
