VELPO BANDAGE

It is a velpo bandage made of sponge fabric (Auraraised cloth) designed according to the child’s anatomy. It provides immobilization of the shoulder and upper arm in adduction. A bandage wrapped around the chest increases stability. Thanks to its functional design, the front velcro can be opened when treatment is required, allowing the patient to be easily checked.

INDICATIONS

1. Conservative, post-op proximal humeral head fractures
2. Rotator cuff lesions.
3. During conservative and post-operative therapy of scapula fractures
4. Soft tissue injuries in the shoulder and arm
5. Ensures that the shoulder joint remains in the correct position in the treatment of shoulder dislocations and semidislocations
